Monensin is included for increased milk production, improved feed conversion efficiency, control of sub-clinical ketosis and as an aid in the control of bloat. Each 200 grams contains 300 mg of monensin.
It is recommended that products containing monensin be introduced gradually to the diet over a period of approximately one week.
